We accept only Smartphones and Smart Devices of models and brands that are listed on our website. If you don’t find your product on our website, feel free to get in touch with us.

How will you quote for my Smartphone/smart device?

We quote the price for your smartphone or device, considering details such as the model, age of the product, and its condition. We buy smartphones and devices in all conditions – new, used, working, non-working, damaged or broken. We make sure you get a good price.

I have received a quote for my smartphone or device. How long will it be valid for?

The quotes that we send for smartphones and smart devices are valid for 10 business days. We expect you to send your smartphone or smart device to us, within these 10 days, if you accept the quote. Else the product will be reappraised.

How do I send my smartphone or smart device to you?

After registering with us and placing your order, you get a shipping label that you need to print off. Make sure you pack your smartphone or smart device in a strong, rigid package, with its battery inside it. Your phone has to be turned off and wrapped so that it remains intact during transit. Take the package to your local post office and hand it in at the counter for free.

How do I retrieve my login details if I’ve forgotten them?

You can use the ‘Forgot Password’ option if you remember your login name but not the password. In case you have forgotten the entire login details, it is better to register as a new user again.

I haven’t received any email notifications from you. How do I go about?

You should have received an email from support@buybacksmartphones.com.au. If not please check your spam filters. Else you can login to your account online and check your status.

Is it mandatory for me to submit my proof of identification?

As a part of a registered second-hand dealer (Achieve Global Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.), Buyback Smart Phones is required by law to obtain proof of identity from every person who sells his or her products to us. This is only to help the police track products that are reported as lost or stolen.

Are my identification details safe with you?

Yes, we maintain a high level of confidentiality when it comes to handling the identification details of our clients. We only use the information that you give us, to process your order and keep you updated about its status. We do not share, distribute, or sell any of your identification details to third parties. We will not disclose your ID unless we are compelled to do so, by law.

How do I submit my proof of identification?

Once you open a new account online you will be requested to send your sales package kit. All you need to do is place a photocopy of your ID along with your phone and send the package to us.
